Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She is also a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie was the first female to ever win CrossFit Games on two occasions. She was second in both the 2010, and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter who is also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity TV personality. She is popular for being the first woman who won in the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, and in 2017 she was the winner of in the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie together with her parents and her siblings, was raised in Reykjavik Iceland. As a fitness enthusiast since a young age she participated in a variety of school sports and was awarded numerous medals. She first competed in CrossFit in California in 2009. She did well at her very first games. Annie Thorisdottir, at the time of her 2021 birthday, is 31 years old. She's 5' 7 and weighs in the neighborhood of 67 kg. Annie started CrossFit in California 2009. The first time she competed, she did very well and was ranked in the first 10 of the 70 competitors. Although she didn't take home any titles however she was able to finish in the 11th spot. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she placed second and took home a silver medal in the same year. In the following year she took part with Jami Tikkanen in CrossFit Games and won them because of her dominating performance. She became the first woman to win CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie was again the winner of in the CrossFit Games because of her outstanding performance. In addition, she was the first female athlete who has won twice in CrossFit Games consecutively. Additionally, in 2014, she was awarded a silver medal as well as in 2021, she was awarded a bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a trainer and instructor at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie has gained notoriety for her athletic talents, is featured in ads for athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renewal Periodization Transparent Labs, among other.
