Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise, an American actress and writer most famous for her role as Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the 1960s. The stage debut of her career started in the 1950s with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Following that, she performed on Broadway in various productions until 1957 when Li'l Abner became famous at the National Theatre. The same year, She released Her first album of songs, called It's Time to Tina. Louise was first seen on the screen in Hollywood as God's Little Acre which was a dramatic released in 1958. She played Griselda, a character in the movie. When she was in New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her relationships and friendship with Lee Strasberg. The next notable role she portrayed as Ginger Grant, which CBS signed her up to play in the year 1964. Louise continued to have a successful professional career, balancing Broadway TV with Hollywood and portraying an empathetic, as opposed to the glamorous image that she was perceived. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1, and Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. Recently she's also been the most sought-after director for popular TV series like Supernatural and The 100. Born on August 28, 1965 in Essex. As a young girl, 3, her family moved her to Toronto in Canada where she spent her childhood. When she was chosen to play the role of Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997. She has lived there from then on.
